I have finally decided to commit to investing in real-estate. Now it might be too late, too soon, or a mistake in general. Nevertheless, I am embarking on this journey with good intentions to better the future of my family as a whole.
I realize there is a plethora of information out there to research, process, and learn. Most of it I will most likely learn the hard way, but I am open to any tips! I just need to start somewhere and then work my way up. I mean come on, if I don't start somewhere then I wont get anywhere!

That being said I need to start saving for future down payments, applying and getting pre-approved for loans, and looking for some deals on some properties. I plan on purchasing properties, fixing them up a bit to make them look respectable, and then renting them out for a reasonable amount. After-all, the better the rental price the longer a tenant will stay in it!
Well if anybody has any tips or offers for me please let me know. I am also still doing my 3D design work for anybody that needs something to be designed and even made in a hurry i can 3D print the design for you to actually hold in your hands. Adios partners!
